The talk will cover aspects of fusion material development and qualification in Europe. In particular, the talk will touch the problems of tungsten and steel development for the high temperature applications in the aggressive environment such as neutron irradiation and chemical corrosion.

报告人介绍：

Dr. Dmitry Terentyev is the head of Fusion R&D Programme at Belgium Nuclear Research Centre. He obtained his master degree in St. Petersburg University in 2002, and Ph.D. in Brussels University in 2006. He has been working at Belgium Nuclear Research Centre since 2006. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed publications. His research interests include nuclear structural materials, radiation damage in metals and alloys, physics of plasma facing materials, etc.
