1983年获大连理工大学工程材料学士学位
1986年获大连理工大学实验力学硕士学位
1993年获法国巴黎高等工艺制造中央学院复合材料力学博士学位
1996年北京大学力学与工程科学系固体力学博士后出站

 

研究领域:

先进功能/结构复合材料的工艺、性能与应用

在中心的研究方向:高热导率复合材料的研制与性能;高聚物粘接炸药的损伤与破坏的研究


背景资料:

长期从事高聚物基复合材料制备工艺与性能的研究。目前主要研究方向包括:高热导率石墨烯填充高聚物热界面材料,面向于微电子器件、LED等系统的散热;导电填料填充聚合物基导电塑料,具有质轻、导电、价廉和易于加工成型等优点,可以代替金属材料,面向于各种电磁屏蔽、抗静电应用场合,尤其是航空航天领域的应用;高聚物粘接炸药,开展高聚物粘接炸药的显微结构分析、外载下损伤与破坏的分析,预测其变形行为。已经发表杂志和会议论文约80余篇。应邀为国外学术期刊Composites Science and Technology,Composite-A,Polymer Testing,Materials Science and Engineering-A等审稿。
