We are pleased to announce the 4th International Conference on High Energy Density Physics (ICHEDP 2018 http://indico.pku.edu.cn/e/ICHEDP2018), to be held in Ningbo Shangri-La International Hotel, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, from 21th to 25th October 2018. 
          The ICHEDP conference series aim at presenting a powerful platform for worldwide scientists to share and discuss the exciting progresses in the research of High Energy Density Physics, which are organized by the Center for Applied Physics and Technology (CAPT, http://capt.pku.edu.cn) of Peking University by every two years. In 2012 and 2014, and 2016, three conferences were successfully held in Peking University, Beijing, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. 
Main topics of the conference include: 1) HEDP Matter Properties; 2) Inertial Confinement Fusion Physics; 3) Laser Plasma Interactions; 4) Intense short pulse Laser Interaction with Matters; 5) Laboratory Astrophysics; 6) Compressible Turbulence and Hydrodynamic Instabilities.
