Please download the registration form and email it back to ichedp2012@coe.pku.edu.cn or ichedp2012@gmail.com with required information filled in. The title of the registration email should be "Registration to ICHEDP Beijing 2012."
Onsite Registration is possible but will be limited by the capacity of conference facilities.
Early registration fee is USD 500 and regular registration fee is USD 600.
The registration fee covers: 1) All conference sessions; 2) Program booklet, abstract book,
and a conference bag; 3) Welcome reception; 4) Lunches; 5) Coffee breaks; 6) Excursion;
and 7) Conference banquet.
Student registration fee is USD 200, which does not cover the excursion. A valid student's ID
should be displayed upon signing in.

Registration fee should be paid using one of the following two links. Please include the order ID in your registration form. The order ID will be sent to you via email after your transaction.

Onsite payment can only be made with cash or travelers check. Credit Card will NOT be accepted.
Please note that unless otherwise notified, registration and hotel reservation will be pended until the registration fee is received. |
| Visa Application |
|
A valid visa is REQUIRED for non-residents of China to attend the conference. Attendees can apply for either a tourist visa (L) or a business/visitor visa (F) for entry. An official support letter from the conference organizer is required for the issue of a business/visitor visa. Those who need to apply for a business/visitor visa should complete the first part of the registration form, with information of accompanying persons if any. Official support letter will be issued no later than July 15.
Please contact Chinese embassy/ Consulate/ Visa Office nearby for application of your visa at least 2 months prior to your travelling. |

| The Lake View Hotel is a five-star hotel, located near the Weiming Lake of Peking University, with spacious and comfortable guest rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to the conference location, and is close to many famous places, such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, the Summer Palace, the Garden of Perfection and Brightness, and the Zhongguanchun, known as the "Silicon Valley of China". |

Zhongguanyuan Global Village (4-star)

Zhongguanyuan Global Village is located on the east part of Peking University campus, and is within walking distance to the conference location. Clean rooms, standard service make it a good choice for conference participants. |

Beijing Yanshan Hotel (4-star)

Located in Beijing's Zhongguancun Hi-tech Zone, the "Silicon Valley of China," Beijing Yanshan Hotel is in the neighbourhood of the North Third Ring Road and the Zhongguancun Street with convenient transport to the Capital Airport, Beijing Railway Station, National Library, Beijing TV Station and Shangdi Information Industry Base. Peking University, Qinghua University, Renmin University and many other famous universities as well as scientific and technical institutions are all in the vicinity. The Summer Palace and Yuanmingyuan--China's ancient royal gardens can be reached in several minutes' drive.
