Transport bifurcations in plasma interchange turbulence are self-consistently simulated using flux driven fluid model. We find that two regimes exist during the nonlinear evolution of interchange instability. In the first regime, the mean shear flow is low, while in the second regime, the mean shear flow is high. Transition between the two regimes can be triggered by increasing or decreasing the input heat flux. The energy transfer mechanism is used to explain the mean shear flow generation in plasma interchange turbulence.
