   Registration and Payments 
Early registration fee is RMB 3000* and regular registration fee is RMB 3600*. 
       The registration fee covers: 1) All conference sessions; 2) Program booklet, abstract book, and a conference 
   bag; 3) Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunchs, diners and Conference banquet.

       Student registration fee is RMB 1000*. A valid student's ID should be displayed upon signing in. 

       Please fill the registration form and creat a login account using the following link before you pay the fee and
   submit your abstract.

       *Note: Exchange rate for RMB:USD is about 6:1

   Visa Application

A valid visa is REQUIRED for non-residents of China to attend the conference. Attendees can apply for either a

tourist visa (L) or a business/visitor visa (F) for entry. A tourist visa (L) is recommended by the conference. An

official support letter from the conference organizer is required for the issue of a business/visitor visa. Those who

need to apply for a business/visitor visa should provide necessary information during registration, with information

of accompanying persons if any. Official support letter will be issued no later than June 15.

Please contact Chinese embassy/Consulate/Visa Office nearby for visa application at least 2 months prior to your

travelling.

   Hotels

The hotel we choose is Zhong Guan Yuan Global village of PKU, where all sessions of the conference will be held.
